Evidence-based assessment and osteopathic/manual care—delivered by a Doctor of Manual Osteopathy (D.M.O.) with a Ph.D.—using the Respiratory–Circulatory Model (RCM) to optimize the body’s fluidic axis (circulation, lymphatics, breathing mechanics) for performance. I establish baselines and track objective markers—strength, capacity, tissue quality, and range of motion (ROM)—not just pain, then prescribe and progress manual therapy, cryotherapy, and exercise therapy with clear targets. Includes readiness testing and re-tests, home programming, and return-to-play criteria, yielding measurable gains and durable performance.

ICS—Incident Command System / NIMS—National Incident Management System–aligned SOP/EOP development and team training for private/executive security, schools (K-12 & higher ed), municipal/county programs, event venues/nonprofits, and churches/faith orgs. I lead Hazard & Vulnerability Assessments (HVA), build plain-language position playbooks, communication flows, and activation checklists, and run tabletop and functional exercises—so teams can execute under stress. Includes after-action reviews (AARs), lead coaching & sustainment tools, and distribution-ready documents.

Scenario-driven training for real environments: TECC—Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (MARCH-E), “dirt medicine,” and progressive drills. We train on the use of cover vs. concealment, direct- vs. indirect-threat care, evacuate vs. shelter-in-place decisions, casualty movement, and Casualty Collection Point (CCP) setup with evacuation flow.
