Mission Statement

5417 Readiness Group delivers ICS/NIMS-aligned SOP/EOPs and evidence-based medical training (ACS Stop the Bleed, TCCC/TECC-aligned Direct Threat Casualty Care Certificate courses) — so that everyone can Assess, Prepare, Respond.

Our Services

From hazard & vulnerability assessments to SOP/EOP development and scenario-based training, we help schools, faith organizations, municipalities, event venues, and private security teams build readiness that holds up under stress. Every engagement ends with clear role cards and comms flows, practical drill scripts, and measurable follow-through—metrics, AARs, and sustainment plans—so leaders can track real progress. Explore the options below to see how we Assess, Prepare, Respond, and Sustain.

Our Passion - Beyond Local

Behind everything we do, is a heart to support efforts to save lives. It's why we've decided that proceeds from training courses and SOP/EOP contracts will go to support Save One More Life (www.saveonemore.life) - An organization that provides, "...essential training in trauma aid ... equipping them with the skills needed to respond effectively in crisis situations. Our team also prayed with people, bringing hope and comfort to those in need." - SOML

By taking a class to learn how to save lives, you also help others to get the same high-quality life-saving classes around the world!
