Who it’s for: Private/executive security teams, school/church safety leaders, municipal/county programs, and event venues seeking a full-day, scenario-driven course.

Objectives (define once, train hard):

  • Run the MARCH-E sequence under stress with metrics (e.g., time-to-tourniquet, comms accuracy)

  • Apply tourniquets, wound packing, pressure dressings, and manage airway positions & hypothermia

  • Execute direct- vs. indirect-threat care with cover vs. concealment

  • Set up a Casualty Collection Point (CCP) and manage evacuation flow & hallway control

  • Perform casualty movement (soft litter/drag), radio discipline, and basic triage

  • Capture after-action reviews (AARs) and build sustainment plans your team can repeat

Format: Classroom primers → skills labs → tabletops → functional scenarios mapped to your site (floorplans, posts, routes).
Deliverables: Performance scorecards, AAR with corrective actions, leader checklists, drill scripts, and a 90-day sustainment outline.

Certification: Certificate of completion (5417 Readiness Group). This course is TECC-aligned; it is not an NAEMT TECC provider certification. Optional Stop the Bleed card available when included.

Typical class size: 6-12 (breakout squads), multi-block options for larger teams.
Venue needs: 1–2 rooms + hallway/gym/lot for movement/CCP lanes; radio or comms access preferred.
