Direct Threat Casualty Care (DTCC)
- 8hr Certificate Course -

Who it’s for: Private/executive security teams, school/church safety leaders, municipal/county programs, and event venues seeking a full-day, scenario-driven course.
Objectives (define once, train hard):

Run the MARCH-E sequence under stress with metrics (e.g., time-to-tourniquet, comms accuracy)

Apply tourniquets, wound packing, pressure dressings, and manage airway positions & hypothermia

Execute direct- vs. indirect-threat care with cover vs. concealment

Set up a Casualty Collection Point (CCP) and manage evacuation flow & hallway control
-
Perform casualty movement (soft litter/drag), radio discipline, and basic triage

Capture after-action reviews (AARs) and build sustainment plans your team can repeat
Format: Classroom primers → skills labs → tabletops → functional scenarios mapped to your site (floorplans, posts, routes).
Deliverables: Performance scorecards, AAR with corrective actions, leader checklists, drill scripts, and a 90-day sustainment outline.
Certification: Certificate of completion (5417 Readiness Group). This course is TECC-aligned; it is not an NAEMT TECC provider certification. Optional Stop the Bleed card available when included.
Typical class size: 6-12 (breakout squads), multi-block options for larger teams.
Venue needs: 1–2 rooms + hallway/gym/lot for movement/CCP lanes; radio or comms access preferred.
Dirt Medicine: Hemorrhage Control & First-In Care
- 4 hours Certificate Course -

Who it’s for: Private/executive security, school/church safety teams, event staff, and motivated civilians who need practical lifesaving skills.
What you’ll learn (hands-on):

Bleeding control using the MARCH-E sequence (Massive bleeding, Airway, Respiration, Circulation, Head/Hypothermia, Everything else)

Proper tourniquet selection/placement, wound packing and pressure dressings

First-in decisions: use of cover vs. concealment, evacuate vs. shelter-in-place

Casualty movement (drags/carries) and preventing hypothermia

911 / radio communication essentials; scene safety and team roles
Format: 60-min briefing → 150-min skills stations → 30-min short scenarios & debrief.
Assessment: Skills sign-off with performance coaching.
What’s included: Quick-reference card, drills you can repeat with your team, recommended kit list.
Alignment: TECC—Tactical Emergency Casualty Care principles; optional Stop the Bleed module.
Certification: Certificate of completion (5417 Readiness Group). Optional ACS Stop the Bleed card is available when that module is delivered.
Typical class size: up to 16 per block (ideal 2 instructors, 6-12 learners).
Venue needs: 1 room + small outdoor/parking area for movement drills.
ACS Stop the Bleed
- 2 hr ACS STB Certificate Course -

Who it’s for: School/church staff and volunteers, private/executive security, event teams, workplace responders, and community members who need fast, practical bleeding control skills.
What you’ll learn (hands-on):

Recognize life-threatening bleeding and activate help

Apply direct pressure, pack a wound, and place a commercial tourniquet correctly

Prevent hypothermia and manage the scene until EMS arrives

Communicate clearly to 911/radio and coordinate roles
Format: Brief classroom primer → guided skills stations (tourniquet, wound packing, pressure dressings) → short practical checks.
Assessment: Skills verification to ACS standard with instructor feedback.
Certification: American College of Surgeons – Stop the Bleed (STB) certificate/card issued upon successful completion.
What’s included: All training supplies; quick-reference card; recommended kit list for your site.
Typical class size: Up to 20 per session (ideal 1 instructor : 8–10 learners).
Venue needs: 1 room with tables/chairs; optional space for brief movement drills.
Alignment & add-ons: Complements TECC and your DTCC program; add optional site-specific scenarios or a bleeding-control kit build afterward.
